About Dog Training

We teach all the dogs that come to Neverland K-9 these basic commands: Sit, Down, Loose Leash Walking, Come on command, Greeting Manners (not jumping), Waiting at doors, gates, and for meals, Training with distractions, Climb, and Free. If you are having any behavioral problems with your dog, we will also focus on those at your request during your dog’s training.

Service Dog Training

This is done and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We can train a service dog for diabetic alerts, veterans, and mobility, just to name a few. We will create a customized training program for you and your dog with all the necessary skills in order to mitigate your disability. There are four parts to Service Dog training: basic obedience, advanced obedience, skills training, and public access training. Please contact us directly to get more information and an application. We are willing to help train your own dogs if it meets service dog criteria, selecting a dog already in our program.
